6/17/09 - DC & NJ Secretary of State docs returned/authenticated
6/12/09 - Gladney Approval docs received
6/12/09 - NY Secretary of State docs authenticated
6/11 - NV Secretary of State docs returned/authenticated
6/10 - PA Secretary of State docs returned/authenticated
6/10 - home study sent to USCIS for their approval
6/10 - home study is agency approved
6/3 - home study complete; pending final Gladney sigs
6/2 - all docs out to respective SOS for authentication
5/12 - assigned to our Ethiopian caseworker!!! (this is our final caseworker in the process)
5/11 - home study in motion
4/17 - final fingerprinting at USCIS
3/30 - homestudy ordered today...woohoo
3/25 - paperwork file # 1 out the door; homestudy being ordered by caseworker
3/23 - two different criminal background check forms & child abuse background checks out the door
3/19 - completed Hauge webinar training session
3/9 week - completed some Hague training
3/5/09 - FBI clearance letters arrived
3/4/09 - DING DING DING...I600a form off to Homeland Security
2/27/09 - Hague training DVDs arrived (6 parts; remaining 2 parts to be done via webinar)
2/23 Week - K's Medical records complete; got Hep A vaccine (pt 1 of 2) and tetanus shot; all 2/17 forms signed & notarized; reference letters out; bank letter complete
2/18/09 - To courthouse for FBI fingerprinting
2/17/09 - submitted verification forms for: employment, health & life insurance, financial records, more passport photos
2/16/09 - Notarized passports; drafted "Why we should be accepted to adopt from Ethiopia" letter - to be presented to E courts
2/11/09 - Received official birth certificates and marriage license
2/9/09 - T's Medical records complete; got Hep A vaccine (pt 1 of 2)
1/26/09 - Ordered Birth & Marriage Certificates; Scheduled Physicals
I know this woman. I've seen her in my head too except that she was screaming at a Russia adoption process.
